Things like your terms and conditions, the amount you'll pay for commissions (or not), and the about page details are all kept in snippets in your content management system.
They can be accessed quickly by clicking on the appropriate link in the dashboard, or by using the top menu under RESOURCES/CMS/SNIPPETS
Snippets are elements that are reused in different parts of your website, once you update it in the snippet, it will update all over the site wherever you've used that snippet.
