The famous Glengarry Glen Ross speech is a classic that really does a good job of laying out the basics.

A = Attention
I = Interest
D = Decision
A = Action

The more I do the internet marketing thing, the more that I realize it's exactly the same as any other sales channel.

Don't be afraid to ask for the close, push for the decision, make them take action.

If I give you leads from our community websites, I want to know that they're going to closers.
