New Development for LiveIn Sites

StrataXL is gaining momentum. Over the past 6 months we have refined our strategies and formulated a great new model of service. 


We run LiveInMyNeighborhood.com, a growing network of neighbourhood websites that feature local news, business directories and real estate listings for specific communities. The sites rank high in search engines and are a good tool from which to cultivate local business leads. 

The real estate section is the real driver behind each site, and it is our aim to put ourselves first in the searches for neighbourhood specific business and real estate searches. Our sites service both clients and real estate agents. 

  • Buyers can rate and discuss local listings, businesses and local news. 

  • Agents, and local businesses can set up a free profile, blog, and product catalog on the growing list of websites.

Tasia Balding has been hired as Director of Business Development, with her main focus on growing our pool of investment funds. 

In addition to seeking investment funds, we are currently working on the following campaigns to build traction and get more community involvement. 

  • More LiveIn Sites - We've streamlined our platform and are currently launching two new sites a month in the Vancouver area. We currently have fourteen sites up and running, and will have twenty by the end of 2009. 

  • Affiliate program - We've developed an affiliate program to encourage viral growth of our sites, for more information check our or Community Ambassador Blog.
